The rehearsal was just what was needed, and I have supreme confidence in the performers. Now I just need to cut the script down to a reasonable size! If we get bogged down in all the many details, the audience will surely get restless.

The 13 Sorrows play is begining to take shape now that all roles have been assigned. It is quite a magnificent piece of history, beautifully written by our anceostors, unfortunately long as it is, we might have to skip the light refreshments and serve lunch, dinner and breakfast for the next day!

All praises to Cesare for hosting the Masked pursuit. It was a delight to partake and run wild with you all, my fellow participants.
I should do this more, getting out and enjoying myself. Even if it goes wrong, it's never once done me wrong. And every single thing today was right. Thank you, Valencia, for a beautiful conversation; thank you, Cesare, for throwing your event; thank you, everyone from today, for being a delight!

Information itself is not enough. You can have all the information in the world and no idea what to do with it. Conversely, you can have all the plans in the world but without the knowledge to implement them they will fail. But a marriage of the two is the most beautiful thing. And like any good marriage it cannot be done alone. That is an open invitation.

These last few weeks have been rife with some very interesting problems that have come across my desk, but in many ways, it is the kind of work that feels the most rewarding; the ones where a vassal or a peer visits and darkens my doorway, or fills my office with correspondence, for advice in navigating complex issues that may have uncertain legal and/or sociopolitical ramifications.
There will always be problems that require solving, but the challenge in reaching those options and solutions provides its own, albeit intangible rewards. Like any worthy blade, the mind is only as sharp as how regularly it is applied against a whetstone.

I have heard tales of strange things afoot at the estate. I do not reside there and so I cannot confirm nor deny what is happening.
Some say it is a mere bout of forgetfulness or the antics of one of our numerous pets made more curious with the coming Eclipse. Others suggest it is more imagination out of fear, habit or a love mysterious happenings. People putting more meaning into simple events that would not normally turn head and made all the more poignant as others take up the tale and spin more mystery about it. Some whisper of darker meanings.
There is part of me that is happy that I never had apartments there, though I often feel apart from my family. But I digress.
For me, I cannot say what this is about. Though, this is Avrum and Arx and so who knows what is happening. All I wish is that my family and those who reside there have safe passage to the other side of the Eclipse of Mirrors.
Of course, for any who may be particularly worried about such things, my Hart is happily warm, safe and open to those who may wish to shelter there during the duration of these unexplained events.
I'm sure more will be revealed. To be true, however, I hope it is more playful pranks than activities of a more sinister nature.

Many miles beyond what I thought to travel, a trip into the world turning into so much more. I am returned against my will, the sea tossing me to these shores again and again.
Nearly five years. Four and four months. It felt like longer, and I am exhausted. There is too much to catch up on even as my mind, so long ago, struggles to consider what I used to think so important. A different page? A different chapter.

I am quite excited about the play that Baroness Amari and Lady Mabelle are putting together. The first rehearsal went well, I think, as parts were decided upon and discussions about details were had. No few of us had a bit of fun remarking on the possible length of the play, but it was truly all in jest. I feel quite fortunate to be among such a gifted group of people and the story is an important one, as well as close to my heart personally. It was a long night, but the exhaustion I felt when I crawled into bed was a very good-feeling sort of tired.

I got the the cutest puppy from Lady Kiera yesterday. Meeting up with her and Lord Mattheu, who had taken out Lady Thea's octopus out cause he said it wanted to come out to play. He is quite the interesting person. lol in a good way of course! The puppys' name was Smokey, but to honor my new friendship with Phani (theophania) I will call him the name she gave when I asked her, Dorius. I am looking forward to this new friendship with a girl friend. I don't have any. I mean I treasure Medeia And Norah, but they are family, and wives to my brothers. Growing up, as the youngest AND a girl, I was always trying to be of of the boys, but now in the compact. I embrace my femnine side....well, not always but its nice when I can!

A successful family dinner if I do say so myself. I've more than enjoyed them. It's been very rare that we have been able to come together lately, as we've all been busy with separate projects, but when we do, it definitely feels like we were never not together.

Such a wonderful, stirring sermon today by Blessed Roran! I do hope someone thought to write it down so that its text can be posted here to the whites. I do wish I had done so, but of course I don't expect that I'd have been able to write fast enough. I saw a young scholar with a pen and paper. Perhaps he will favor us.
Just among those who were there, I can't think but that the Archlector's sermon will spark untold discussion. If it were to be more widely distributed, I should think that it would get a great many more people talking, and more importantly thinking about the ways which their behavior changes the world.
