* Try Setarco Fire. *check mark*
(The above was not originally on the List of Things, but as it has been completed thanks to a rather charming courtesan of House Pravus, Deacon Pateris, I thought its inclusion necessary. It was accomplished during an exceptionally wonderful crossing of a few paths at the Ambassador Salon that words hardly could do justice.)
* Sit in the hot springs of Giant's Reach.
* See the Aerie of Storms in Stormwall.
There are more, but these were ones added this last week and, thus, require recording.

Relationship Note on Aislin
I haven't wrote on Aislin Ashford yet, partly because I hold out hope that she is out there on another adventure and might return to us soon. Without knowing the truth, I try not to assume anything. I don't where she is, what has happened and if she will return to us.
She was quite woman, meaning she didn't often raise her voice and she didn't often try to draw the focus to herself and yet as many know she had a great many things to say. When Aislin talks it is always worth listening to her. We hope to hear her voice again.
And right now it is quiet, too quiet. I know I am not alone in missing her. Her presence was a rock.

I'm sure there are purists who prefer that the nobility stay with those already peers, though.
I've served House Darkwater most of my life; I've been a leader in my own right within the domain for most of my adult life. I consider this to simply be an evolution of the oath I swore.

A thousand years ago,
Calamity did rise.
To scorch the world asunder,
a new age was the prize.
A place of no mortal consequence,
their closed eyes could not see.
For what could matter at a forgotten altar,
as black as midnight sea?
A dozen knights and gods ignored,
a proud king could not be moved.
But upon the Thirteenth's horrific visage,
His power He did prove.
The King awoke with a bloodcurdling scream,
the Reckoning for he did see.
And so a fortress he did build,
upon the thinnest point proved key.
A king of kings stood fast,
but alone he was not.
For kings and queens did answer,
a sacred bind between was wrought.
Calamity did come,
a darkness fell from on high.
A blazing light, of dragon's fire,
stronger still were his allies.
A thousand years ago,
twelve gods and knights did try.
When darkness would seem to win,
the Thirteenth's power could not be denied.
A story told in secret,
passed down from line to line,
Of how a king of king's heart did change,
a terrible reckoning made benign.
