I tried something a bit new for the shop. Not new-new - they're just hairpins - but the design and coloring is a little different than my usual, I guess. I'm not sure if I love them. Sometimes you just have to try something different and see how it goes despite that.

It would seem some additional expertise is required for the rebuilding of Artshall. The craftmen seem to know what they're doing, but those who manage the shipments and oversee the entire oppertation seem to be in a little over their heads. I'm certain the Laurents will get it taken care of. They always do.

The Marquis Kael Keaton and Princess Keely Grayson's wedding was all the rage with a High Lord and the Queen there! I felt a little out classed, but it was a grand event. Now I just need to practice my puzzle solving skills.

Such a beautiful wedding celebration, and to be the first to sign the book? Priceless. I may not have won the puzzle game held by the newest Keaton (who looked quite fabulous, I might add), but at least I did get to lay to some small victory. What was that? A chocolate fountain? There was much celebration at the Grayson-Keaton event. The topping of the cake so to speak was seeing the Queen and High Lord fall into the chocolate fountain in hopes of finding a puzzle piece that flew into it. The fountain was saved when one Lord Mattheu Rivenshari found it.

Over the years I've have had both the opportunity and distinct honor to engage in the treasured tradition of patronage with a number of exemplary individuals. As we know all good things come to an end, but there is often a new beginning to follow it. A relationship may draw to a natural close or the learning party may simply have nothing more they can be taught from their patron. Hello Arx, how long has it been?
Though I live and breathe Westrock Reach, I'm so terribly happy to be back in the city once again. Already I have made so many wonderful connections and discovered along the way a Lycene lord who is as fond of coffee as am I.
And Lady Mabelle! What can I way of her? I am determined that she and I will be the very best of friends! I am to co-host her in the Annual Honey Festival, the arrangements for which are even now well underway. I do hope that the seamstresses of Arx have plenty of gold and black silk to hand, for there will be the most wonderful of prizes for the best bee outfit of the day. Should I mention that there will be a sting in the tail on the day?
