I've always been curious about the northerners. They way you all seem to connect with nature, animals, and as you say 'the spirits', it is simply fascinating.~
All that aside, thank you kindly for allowing me to take care of Jasper. I promise the handsome gyrfalcon will be in good hands. I shall seek you again soon, to further his training as well as my own. I do wish to understand him better, like you seem to do. I swear, you make it seem so easy!

Relationship Note on Mirk
I've started to notice that the whiskey bottle comes out whenever we start a conversation any more. I'm not sure if it is to brace one-self for what is to be heard, or to ready for what is to be said. Either way, my new goal for a future meeting is a calm, easy going, sips of mead or ale or juice or wine or something one can enjoy in some easy going banter. Wonder if that goal will ever be reached?

There is a certain serenity, to choices made.
I've been so frazzled, since I arrived. So undirected. That isn't the Lenne I know.
Lenne is a creature of goals. And I finally feel minimally educated enough to set myself to some, in confidence, at last.
It's a crushing weight, that I was only peripherally aware of, suddenly lifted. Today I wake and find I breathe easier.
Thank Vellichor for Elder Mirk Halfshav, for his wise guidance of a very lost girl. Thank the spirits that guard him.

I'm grateful for the Elder Shaman's wisdom. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for the Vala's as well! It's just that... when you're someone else's best friend unofficially, it creates a reasonable amount of personal bias. For them.

Elder Mirk Halfshav has been exceptionally generous with his time as well as with offering insightful advice on some matters I've been unsure about lately. While our paths crossed here and there at events or the like for a year or more now, only recently have I gotten to appreciate his kindness as well as dry humor. I'm quite grateful for his assistance and willingness to help.

My nephew. Oh how you have grown. You are so strong now. So sure. When it was suggested that you should become an Elder of the Spirit Walkers. I was so proud of you I wanted to crack open a bottle right there. You give me hope that there is a generation to come after that will hold to Shamanism. I feel that need much after losing Cybele.
