The deeplight coral event was stunning and the work of all the artisans who showcased their pieces was truly impressive, but i'm convinced at least one guest was up to no good. finn did an excellent job of sniffing him out. Dogs really are indespensible companions

Lady Mabelle Laurent has begun yet another ambitious project, an art commplex for the community of artshall. It will involve a library and I have agreed to help with the curation of books which will apparently involve a journey of some kind. I can't wait. I hope to convince other scholars to accompany us

Finally scholar
A week filled with nothing but joy and friendship. I have climbed a frozen waterfall while visiting Sanna lands with the help of nets, ropes and several brave frienes. Many thanks to my dear friend Marquis cirroch Sanna, Lady Rosalind Ravenseye, Aine Halfshave, Shyanne Eswynd and the denizens of felar vesi for their invaluable assistance. i can now say I've acomplished something I never thought I would

The family Wyvernheart has sucessful ventured in the previously unexplored regins of high hill. we had a fairly amicable exchange with a small contingent of local shavs and tentively began discussion regarding pledges of fealty. thea and drake worked together to slay a huge bear that had been plague the area and we found a cache of medicinal mushrooms. I am anxious to work with apothecaries in arvum to see what might be done. thea and Drake's teamwork underscore how alike they are and what a wondeful addition she will be for our family. dare i hope for our future

What a spirited discussion at the Salon. I thoroughly enjoyed myself despite the seriousness of the topic. it was one i had thought a lot about so i overcame my hesitation and participated. I was pleased with how civil everyone was despite the spirited nature of the discussion. Duke Hadrian does a wonderful job of offering counterpoints to keep discussion going

I had the pleasure of visiting Sanna Manor not once but twice this week. The first was a private visit with Cirroch and his sister Tila. the second was Tila's welcome home ball. She seems a lovely woman who is still adjusting to the constant buzz of activity that is life in arx. I rember that feeling well and look forward to befriending her

Friends and family of house Valardin gathered for evening of food and fellowship, sharing stories of past exploits and jokes. It was an evening much needed and greatly appreciated. I hope I have not given away a closely guarded secret that members of the oathlands are not always stonefaced. Yet even our levity is a reminder that we stand together through it all

After the harrowing events of thest last weeks, it was nice to have some purely social visits at the ambassador Salon And Traders Tavern and meet new faces from the charming Crown Minister of coin Rook Champagne to the confident and knowledgeable Messere Raven. Princess Bridget's horse edmund nearly paid a visit to the tavern too

Aine Halfshav purchased one of our litter of High Hill mastiff pups, a male named Flame. she is new to the city and wanted an animal companion. I remember what being a new arrival was like and try to help new arrivals when I can. I hope she enjys her new canine friend

Relationship Note on Cirroch
I had a love time visiting with Marquis Cirroch and his children . I participated in play time with plushies and after the children had gone to bed we discussed some mutual research. it is a thing of wonder to see this big boisterous who sometimes come across as awkward even to the point of being rude in some social situations be so loving and gentle with his children and his wife. There is nothing but fun and love in the sanna household and I feel privleged to be welcomed within. It reminds me that it is sometimes worth getting to know people beyond first impressions and that sometimes the best treasures are those from nature not those with refinement and polish . Time in that home reminds me of life as it should be. Would that every blow land with the softness and every battle end with hugs and kisses. it both makes me sad for the true fighting to come and offers a reminder of why we fight. for innocence and love should always be allowed to exist , even for the short time that is youth. Though i am no soldier for the sake that children should no peace and joy, I would give my life
