Just one, probably quite long, trip to Grihem's Point and I am done with my project. I think I might make it in time for their Academy to open while I'm there. I can't wait to see the new developments and the dreams of Valdemar and Vanora realized. It makes my heart flutter.

Now that the dust has settled, I would like to offer aid to anyone that may need it to soothe the ruffled feathers of the Compact. A donation of silver or writs to the Empyrean will be mandatory, but I find myself with free time and would love to help where I can in these troubled times.

I am stretched far, far too thin these days. I have to figure out where my priorities lay, I think, so I can start working on my own future and goals. Thank you, everyone, for making me a part of your story. I will continue to be of course, but I find I havent enough time for everything I need to do during the week with so many obligations.

He never let me get to know him particularly well, even though I think once I bribed him with a blueberry pie or something sweet from Petals' shop.
But, he was the Empyrean's very first officially 'recruited' member and I was always grateful. When he approached me then and visited once later, it meant a great deal to me. More than I can express in words in a white journal.
I'm deeply saddened by the news of his passing.
My condolences are offered to everyone he left behind.

Wonderful mask acquired for the upcoming masquerade and in /amazing/ time, too. I couldn't be more pleased - I will /definitely/ be making it to my first masquerade soon.

Living with 13 cats is always an adventure but recently they've been up to no good.
Courvousier brought me two large potatoes in the middle of the night from the kitchen counter.
Another has started trying to attack my tongue while I'm asleep.
Another hates it when I read aloud. He starts to look at me pleadingly, paces around, and meows insistently. He even climbs on top of the book and bites my wrists in protest.
Another passes wind like a grown man and the other day led me to believe it was a guest in my home.
Another licks the butter. (Never have toast in my home).
Finally, about a month ago (I was loathe to write about this at all) one ate my yarn, passed it, and continued to still chase it about the house as it was... you know where it was hanging from.
Maybe 13 is just too much.
