Cerdic's alcove is spoken for, but Weohstan, Alarice, Pena, the Leader of the Metallic Order and Goldenpyre's alcoves still remain up for grabs.

My cohost, Prince Tyrval Ael'Noctis, who didn't get blood on anything. My cousin, Lord Alessandro Greenmarch, who was essential to the entire planning of this Gala, and wrote the Book of Legends (if you were there and didn't receive a copy, send him a messenger!) The support of my family, House Greenmarch, was undeniable.
My Gala Committee: Lady Margret and Marquessa Simone, whose spectacular alcoves you visited all night; Princesses Coraline and Reese, who were liaisons and moral support; Marquessa Reigna Keaton, the designer of some truly stunning Legendary costumes, parts of which I most certainly did not want to part with; Prince Niklas, who provided us our entertainment in the form of the incredible Gianna Whisper, whose voice haunted my sleep this morning; and I cannot forget Goodman Theodoric Ulbran, Games Master of extraordinary talent, whose skill was essential.
I must thank, too, the Legends of the evening: Goodwoman Josephine, Lady Margret, Princess Sorrel, Lady Aahana, Lady Orelia, and Princess Sabella, who also wrote the touching song to close out the evening!
I could not and would not forget the exceptional crafters who turned their expert hands to this monumental task. From those who provided prizes for the games: Goodman Asher Grayhope, Goodwoman Josephine Arcuri, Goodwoman Joscelin Arterius, and Dame Ida Ferron; to those who provided the breathtaking cloaks and stunning custom drink and thrones: Goodwoman Petal Penrose, maker of cloaks of such extraordinary skill that it reduced me to tears to give them up; and Goodwoman Jacali, whose alcoholic creations flowed through the night and inspired Legends of their own, and who designed the masterful thrones our Gala game winners received.
And last but not least, I wish to thank everyone who attended. If you consider it a success, it was a success because you made it so.
A lot of Legends have come before us, but this is our time.

In case this needs to be said, everyone is welcome. There is no charge to enter. You may choose to buy tickets for the raffle of the cloaks before The Gala, but it is not a requirement. There will be games and other spectacular prizes to win. Have you ever scaled the Weijin Wall? How well can you lie? I look forward to finding out.

and
Still Reflections, Vol II: Considerations on the Life of a Courtier in the Lyceum.
The only copies available will be through borrowing from the library, or through a request to Count Corvini himself.
This work is a page-turner and well worth the read!

I enjoyed painting rocks at the temple of Jayus the other night and must commend Guardsman Fatchforth for his event. I never did get that other ear painted though.

No, there is no dress code.
No, I won't be selling raffle tickets after the event officially starts.
No, I'm not actually going naked.
Yes, I did forget, in all the party planning, to design myself an outfit.
But then, I am my own Legend.

Why separate principle from practice? Why can't it be both immoral and moral?
Think in terms of 'and' instead of 'or'. Yes, stealing is immoral and I'm going to do it anyway, for the right reasons.
The hypothetical 'I', of course.

Six wonderful Legends will be roaming the streets of Arx between now and The Gala, and each will possess a special token. Should you stumble upon one of these Legends in public, actively playing their role, you may attempt to convince them to part with their token with some impressive social feat! A wonderful story or song, a particularly clever joke or manipulation of words, perhaps a stare so fulminating their fingers weaken and the token just falls free! Each person who shows up to The Gala bearing one of the six Legendary tokens will receive a very special prize⦠their own THRONE, styled after the Legend they heroically won their token from!
Rules: Legends will only accept challenges when out in public as their Legend. No messengers to them about this game! If you send a messenger, you will be disqualified. One attempt per Legend, per day. Example: if you have attempted to convince Princess Sorrel one day, you may not try to convince her again until the next day, but you may try to convince any of the other Legends. One token per person. Tokens are non-transferable. Any questions may be directed to Lady Monique Greenmarch.
The Legends:
Goodwoman Josephine Arcuri as the Hierophant Pena Stormryder
Princess Sabella Grayson as Queen Alarice Grayson
Grandmaster Caspian Wild as Prince Cerdic Valardin
Princess Sorrel Thrax as the Leader of the Metallic Order
Lady Aahana Volkov as Goldenpyre
Lady Orelia Stonewood as Prince Weohstan Redrain
(OOC-Legend must be in public with their LRP flag on to accept challenges; no OOC paging or scene-crashing in relation to this game, please; roll difficulty at 60; Charm/Command/Composure/Wits + Diplomacy/Empathy/Etiquette/Manipulation/Performance/Propaganda/Riddles/Seduction)

Marquessa Keaton has an exceptional talent for designing clothing, alongside all her MANY other wonderful attributes. It's really not fair to the rest of us that she claims so much talent!
But our Legends at the Gala will be absolutely pleased that she does, wearing her spectacular creations.
