I ran the gauntlet a few days ago. It wasn't the best I've done by any means, but it was definitely fun. Drake beat everyone by, well--I don't know where all that came from, but I suppose it's time to have my husband give me some lessons.

Relationship Note on Domonico
The Malvici trio. That is what we were known as. We each had our own talents and there wasn't much we couldn't do when we were together. But now we're down. My brother, my middle that acted older brother is now gone. Not being out at sea, not with a sword in hand. By an illness that none of us could figure out how to cure. This isn't how you were supposed to go.
My brother was surprisingly patient with me growing up. He taught me how to swing a blade. How to use my feet. If you knew my brother, you know he was always yelling, "FOOTWORK!" He was my protector when I felt that I could very easily take on all the boys when I was little. I didn't know until later, but he went after them after I came back. He was stubborn and rarely laughed, but you knew that he cared about you if you were in that circle.
The Malvici trio is missing one. It won't be the same. I don't have any more words, at least none that will make sense. I've rambled enough, which is unlike even me.

One week. It's been one eeek since we welcomed Calo. So much has changed and ter it hasnt. I didn't realize you could love someone so much until now. Ive lost sleep, but it's fine. Our house is working on its new routine and believe me..Calo lets you know when he is in need if somes. He has a set of lungs that most commanders would be jealous of. Leadership is in his future after all..
Also...Rocco has been taken in the roll of manny. And the dogs? They don't leave his side. Ever.

Stranded with my brothers on an Island. Thank the Gods Sister Giada was there. But also..I should be glad, since I apparently over boared myself and well---Thank you Medeia for being around when we got back. She and the whole House of Wyvernheart heard the screaming that was me and...Lord Calo Damian Wyvernheart. Named after my father and Drake and Kiera's father. He is strong and loud and..I never thought I could be so proud and love someone so much. My father would be proud.

I traveled to Cedar Vale with Countess Lyra and others. I have a feeling things are definitely not what they appear and we need to be careful. Also, no one can't say my aunt and Denica can't take a hit. They're both in the hospital wanting booze.

No one can say my time has been spent frivolously. Rocco keeps giving me disapproving looks, our men look at me with discontent. They don't realize I caught them, but I did. You would think they would catch on when I make them run extra drills, but alas......Highhill is also on the market. It feels amazing on the skin and I think is pretty practical. I mean, when leather isn't worn.

Relationship Note on Drake
Pride comes in many forms. You can be proud of yourself. Your abilities, your possessions. And there is nothing wrong with that. However I'm learning to take more pride in others. I've always been proud of my family. Always. That will never ever change. Lately however, I'm finding pride in my husband. If you knew my husband when he first entered the city, you'd know he was a bit---flirtatious? Shied away from responsibility. One thing he ALWAYS had was a large heart. And would always step up when someone needed something. I think that's the Champion in him. This man has grown. He doesn't shy away from anything now. He steps up to EVERYTHING that comes his way, or others. Since he's taken the roll of Count, he's done nothing BUT step up. He's worked tirelessly for the people of Highhill like he's been born to do so. I'm so proud of him and everything he's been accomplishing.

Home from Highhill, and I've---I have no words. We had been getting reports of some disturbances on our lands. With the help of the Explorers, namely Brother Oswyn, my cousin's husband Lord Marzio, Lady Medeia, and of course my husband, we set out. And let me tell you, what we found was what nightmares are made from. I won't go into specifics right now as I'm exhausted. I just want to say that we wouldn't have gotten far without their help. It's beyond appreciated. Your help is immeasurable. The people of Highhill will not soon forget it and neither will we.

You could do what I did. I had a rather large bed made for Finn. Although---Now with two dogs, I think I'll have to work on that and get two made. But from the looks of it, Strawberry may be larger and need her own sofa.
