Worry not, Squire Jonathan, the whiskey shall flow this evening. Cider and milk as well (This is a proper Oathlands fete afterall!)
I have been working feverishly (Actually it has been Marie, she kicked me out of the kitchen after only a few hours) to ensure this party is as festive as it should be. I have hired musicians, the Wyrmguard chocolate cake is *stunning* and I really hope this gathering will do you both the honor you deserve. I have decided against a goat-themed game for the evening, because the wedded pair should be the focus rather than some barnyard shenanigans. (Shenanigans, Nanny, Nanny goat, get it? I AM funny!)
That being said I should have a few games up my sleeve to keep the guest entertained.

Fear not, Master Fieldstone. I know first hand that Violet shall have more of her whiskey (and cider!) filling her office within the next day or two. Of course, what she chooses to do with it? Noble marriages are, of course, widely proclaimed and celebrated. Commoner weddings are not, but that doesn't mean I can't proclaim them in the Whites.
Today, I alone witnessed the marriage of Jonathan Fieldstone and Genevieve Waldenwyn at the dining table. Rings were exchanged, kisses were exchanged, and I am proud to have hauled Jon out of his chair so that he would propose to Genevieve properly.
There was no grand celebration of their union, but I consider both of them dear friends so I choose to proclaim their marriage. If anyone objects, bite me.
