Of the great many places in Arx to visit, Eidolon Gallery is one of my most favored. The curated works are sometimes haunting, sometime inspiring, and always beautiful. There is an undeniable mystique to the aesthetic.

Relationship Note on Oliver
It is said in Bravura - or at least I believe it must've been said at a time - that art's substance is survival itself in its truest form.
That craftsmanship and realized visions can leave an indelible mark on a human's soul and the culture itself is an undeniable aspect of our nature.
It is why we celebrate and revere the artist.
Does the accomplished artisan ever truly die? Perhaps in form, but in form alone.

It has certainly been an exciting few days, has it not?
Despite the recent to-do about oaths, swords, bets and what not, I just don't see any reason to lessen my regard for either Bliss Whisper or House Telmar. I trust it will resolve in some fashion, but it has certainly been entertaining.
As for the commoners formerly known as nobles of House Seraceni: I am as perturbed by the severance of oaths as I am by the sheer lack of guile. Running away from your house over a spat? We do typically raise them better than that in the South, I promise you.

My thanks to Oliver Arterius who recently completed two sculptures.
One of Gild's sigil to stand outside the entrance of Crossroads as a reminder to be ever prosperous and ever charitable.
And for within, one of Vellichor's to serve as a reminder that wisdom shall not give way to greed.
These are magnificent works of art. Master Oliver is a true talent.

It was a surprisingly enjoyable week of meeting new friends and catching up with old. The convocation of the Faith was most welcome news to top it off and I am inspired and hopeful for the future with such a strong institution and the promise it brings.

To be fair, you did act as an inveterate provocateur and incorrigible heckler. I am fairly surprised only one amongst the crowd thought to charge. It took an act of God (quite factually) to stop your would-be battery - which is a sort of irony unto itself.

I did not claim Aleksei Morgan an oathbreaker. In fact, and to the contrary, I quite clearly pointed out his paying penance and attaining forgiveness.
Nor did I question friendly banter with the man as a general rule.
I simply find a degree of impropriety in an ecclesiastical leader publicly engaging in playful banter which specifically concerned the subject of recently foresworn vows, and in a manner that suggested it was a light issue.
Yes, telling the Legate "You're not my boss anymore" is flaunting your release.

Perhaps one thing to give up one's Oaths and pay penance and be forgiven.
