Relationship Note on Drea
The Redrain opened their Spirit Grove for company and celebration this evening. It was an unfamiliar place; a fairy wonderland. I saw no bears, and this was disappointing, but the many other creatures on two legs and four were welcome company. Northern hospitality is a balm during sad days. In this, too, does Gild's spirit shine.

It is truly good to have you back in the city with us, even if I wish the circumstances were far better.

Relationship Note on Drea
Princess Drea Redrain, High Shaman of the Spirit Walkers,
Not all of us walk the path of the spirits, but even for those that do not, it is important that the shamans be recognized for their service in the Battle of Stormwall. Led by Lady Khanne Halfshav, the Spirit Walkers prayed to the spirits and assisted with bringing nature's fury on the Marinites. Without their spiritual guidance and noble sacrifice, more lives would have been lost. Please recognize Lady Khanne Halfshav, Eilonwy Thunderoak, and other shamans for their support during the battle. And recognize the brave Redrain warriors led by Lord Arik Halfshav and Lord Brogan Nightgold who protected these shamans while they called upon the spirits.
The Faith that were there showed their respect by not interfering with the ritual. I commend Sir Preston and Dame Thena Greyhope for their tolerance. This is how the Faith and Shamans should work together, for the greater good of the Crown and Compact. To the Last, they fought back the darkness. For that I am grateful.

Me and the Princess had a long talk about the Spirits, and other various things. It was quite enlightening! As a scholar I like to learn, and Her Highness seems to like learning and exchanging knowledge as well.

I have found out she wishes to restore the Stone Grove, and I will assist in whatever manner it is that I can, even if it is just being a simple Merchant all-in-all. She is fervent about people keeping their faith, Shaman and Pantheon alike. I respect that.

Princess. Shaman. Wise Woman. We met in the Stone Grove and talked. I'm going to learn a lot from her. I know it.

I have become acquainted with Princess Drea, who is fairly smart when it comes to scholarly pursuits. It seems not all agree with her however. I for one trust the woman, and would like to learn more of what she has to say. Quite wise.

I don't get it. Maybe I never will. All I can hope for is the day we understand each other, and that someday you'll be alright with who I am.

Relationship Note on Drea
It has been a few years since my teacher told me it was time to learn from experience rather than from her, that it was time to find my own understanding of what it means to be a shaman. I have been doing that. I have been walking my own path, and it has lead me to Arx, to meet Mother Bear, and possibly the next guide through that part of my life. There is wisdom and there is experience and there is a quiet formidability in her presence. I look forward to learning from my works with her.

Mother Bear never ceases to amaze me - she's wise and fierce, nothing seems to unnerve her. Even standing as strong and firm as an oak, Lady Drea has this poise and elegance that I've yet to see anyone come close to matching. Sometimes she has this ethereal way about her, - it's really fascinating. I simply adore this woman, she's the closest thing to a real Mother I've ever had.
