My goodness. I step away from the whites for a moment and chaos breaks out! Saoirse makes a joke about Valardin and then it seems that all of Valardin, instead of making witty comebacks, takes up arms to .. prove her joke? I cannot believe you are really THAT stiff and stuffy, dear hearts!

Firstly: a most sincere THANK YOU to everyone who offered their congratulations to me for passing my Explorers trial! I think this is the first time I have been sober since the moment I heard that I passed -- I have been celebrating with unrestrained joy! Between this and being allowed to join the Scholars, I feel as if every dream of mine is coming true. Arx feels to me like the city were the impossible becomes possible. It's everything I hoped it would be and more.
Secondly: I have decided that once I start going on adventures, I am going to write up little travel journals afterwards and title them 'Caithcapades'. Because I am Caith and they will be recount my escapades. Get it? Oh, this is going to be amazing. Can't you just see it? 'Caithcapade: Journey into a Dark Forest'. 'Caithcapade: What is That Thing? Let's Poke It'. 'Caithcapade: Ahhh! Run Away!'
Thirdly: I will be getting my own set of armor soon and this is very, very exciting! I imagine it will go a long way in protecting me on my Caithcapades.

Oh, I agree! People are much too quick to anger and take things to a physical resolution when a diplomatic route hasn't even been exhausted yet! We should always try to extend a hand, always try to understand the feelings and motivations of those we find ourselves in conflict with and strive to come together on a middle ground.

I have no experience with brothers but the older sister that I offer is very conscientious -- I doubt that she would skip out on chores or attempt to blame you in any way. As she is very smart (I would even go so far to say she is too smart for her own good sometimes), she would definitely be eager to help you in developing new learning opportunities. As far as pranks go, though, there might be a stick that needs to be dislodged first.
