A veteran of the Battle of Pridehall. I have heard his story told a few different ways from my home. He deserves the opportunity to work in Arx, his work was the best of Pridehall and all of the Compact should have a chance to see it.

This man is a soft spoken, stalwart backbone of the Bisland fealty. Enterprising in the means to improve the stature of his house and more importantly his people. House Seliki is made better by having this man as Voice.

"Serene as the Deepest Wood" just doesn't have the same verve as "We Win Glory" for something to shout while charging. Or being charged. Not that I would neglect my duties as Uncle. Expect visits soon.

How dare I not write a white entirely for you. Samantha Deepwood. At the risk of angering others, you are the favorite of those I got to share my childhood home. Those that were brought to stay, I don't think either of us want to earn Lailah's wrath.
My parents generosity has gifted me a broad range of people to whom I may consider to truly know me. I am thankful to have you as one. I hope to be as much a part of your children and wards lives as Gabriel was of yours.

Voice of Bisland. Another title, but this weighs far heavier from my lips than a sword ever might. I would say that I know exactly what to do, and its only true so far as I know who speak with.

The silent auction for Knights of Solace seemed to be a huge success. Time with the knights went for a premium, with Thena taking in a ridiculous amount of silver. I bid on two copies of the same healing book and ended up with both.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Fallen today. It is so strange that I was in the midst of most of the brutality of this battle, and came out with not a scratch. I am skilled, but skill barely mattered. I do not know why some men fell and others stayed alive. I did everything I could, and it still wasn't enough to hold the wall. I will get to come home to Zoey, and my uncle and my family. But so many do not.

Last night's quickly gathered party seemed quite a success. A small gathering, with only a smattering of invited but fun nonetheless. Lady Peri Seliki was seen off to the fleet with oysters and rum and gave everyone a proper class on how to shuck them! With only a single injury by way of Lady Kenna Whitehawk. Lord Wash Kennex and Lady Catalana even stopped by!

Some nights ago a Bringer and some shavs aimed to scale the walls. The Guard pushed them back, but even with the push, I incurred an injury. The Bringer's claw sliced through one of the few weak spots in my armour. Others had similar injuries. Following the encounter, I visited the Shrine of Lagoma where I met the Archlector Roran. It was fortunate, as he was able to apply salves and curatives that restored me to my former state.

Some time ago I requested that my Father appoint me a Voice of our House. After some discussion about the matter, it seems that he's decided to do so. He's also loaned me Brightroar for the siege. I admit that the weight of the sword is nothing compared to the weight of responsibility and expectation in front of me. I do not want to fail.

By the grace of the gods, the evacuation seemed to be mostly successful. While not everyone would leave before the assault, our preparations were not in vain. The Cullers have defended our city immeasurably!
I know both Mistresses Mae and Calandra have aided substantially in moving people from the Lowers into the city's centre. Their grace has helped substantially. While I may think myself charming not everyone agrees, and the evacuation was as successful as it was because of them and Mistresses Mailys and Emeline. Mistress Joslyn defended the city well. And Lady Juliet was immensely helpful at getting the lowers evacuated and organizing donations. Each of these women was instrumental in the evacuation's success.
I'm glad we could work together.
