I don't know what to do. I've never been in this situation before and I know, I know I will be laughed at for how seriously vexed I am. No one will look at me with concerns that I share, but rather concerns about my sanity, and I don't care. I don't.
Morrighan has sent me a dress. A beautiful, perfect, gorgeous dress made to fit all of this that is me and my word. It's breath-taking. I can barely fathom how she made this so damn perfectly, how she's had time to work... I mean, I can't imagine how long she's been working on this.
Most everyone knows her work in the city, some even beyond it; priceless, beyond compare? Paltry descriptions for divinity-inspired awe, made in fabric and to wear! In public! This is the dress I would be buried in, offer it to the Queen of Endings as Her permanent regalia. Aureth, does She like blue? She would, after looking at this.
My problem is thus: I have -nothing- I can wear this to, soon enough. Nothing. It's sitting here and I'm worried that it will sit here unappreciated too long.

Her work is phenomenal. I am so very lucky to own a few of her pieces. She knew just how much I had been looking forward to Spring, and when she was inspired, when she worked her magic with the needle, thread, and silk, I am the one who benefited.

Also want to point out that I got fucking robbed during the hatchet throw.
But if your swordarm fails you, at least I know I can rely on my live, which is damn golden.

I am pretty sure that when first we met, she despised me. And continued to despise me for a long time. Being Thrax, I was accustomed to being disliked sight unseen, but she gave me no little cause for concern as I grew close to Darren. Would all the Northerners as soon stab me as speak to me? But since those times, we have made peace, I think, and come to understand one another better. And I find I quite like her. She saved my life, afterall. I can see why the Redrain family places so much faith in her abilities. She works selflessly, so very hard. She proves things about the high value to be placed on that which is not easily obtained. And I am better here for having to work to earn any of her regard.

A pleasant woman with a one-track mind, but I think her heart's in the right place. We'll be working together for a while I think, as we have common goals. I wonder what this means? She has such a restless energy. But I approve of her willingness and desire to set things on fire. At least the right things, anyway.

It has been quite some time since I saw Morrighan last and since then she has been knighted. I cannot say I am surprised by this. She is truly deserving of such a title.

Dame Morrighan, Knight of Farhaven. It still sounds so wonderful and I'm genuinely so happy for her! I offered to make a pair of hairpins as my gift to her for the occasion, and she asked for a pair similar to ones I made what feels like a lifetime ago. She gives me far too much credit, though; she chose the most glorious colors and stones for the set, for which I can take no credit. As always, I am humbled by her kind words and am so glad to count her among my friends.

I did not hesitate when you asked to stand beside me at the gates. Though I want to keep you protected, I can do that with you fighting beside me, rather than locked away in the ward. My father kept you safe and I will do the same. Family is family.

For as much work as you put into clothing, have you ever considered maybe you're the floofy one and not the southerners? Seems like your armor is awfully fancy for someone who says they don't like fancy things, juuuuust sayin.
