Relationship Note on Freja
Met an interesting princess at the Training Grounds. A scout - and a very capable one, if what I hear is correct. We talked about coming to noble status late in life, and we have tentative plans to perhaps go out on a mission at some point. It would be nice to pick up more tips about wilderness scouting; while I feel capable I know I don't have the fifteen years I had as an Iron Guard.

I'm very glad Anze pulled you out of your room kicking and screaming. I miss my friend and confidant. My twin. I'm lost here with out my back up, Freja! Life in the city is not as easy as I've let on.

It is said that you can not truly know someone without fighting them and I feel as though in our short time battling against one another that we learned who one another were.
She is a nimble fighter who is at ease with herself. She knows her limitations yet does not allow them to deter her from at least attempting to overcome a challenge. All the while she possesses the clarity of self to know when she is beaten or at the very least smashing her head into a wall. I suspect though that when she is fighting for survival and not in some Compact sponsored training environment, she's a far more formidable opponent.

I'd never really had a chance to speak with Princess Freja; I'm glad I was able to remedy that. She seems like a kindred spirit in many ways, and I actually find myself looking forward to the next time we can talk.
If nothing else, it's wonderful to find someone else crazy enough to walk willingly into the depths of the Everwinter, just to learn more of it.

Princess of the Redrains; met her in a drinking contest and she edged me out by minor fraction. If friendships aren't made on the battlelines, they're just as well forged in bars. I'm going to enjoy being around her and her brother Anze, I know it. They're soldiers first and nobles second, just the way I like them.

Princess Freja is a delight! And how fortuitous that she is here in Arx! She is stacked with wisdom and she even killed a bear herself - with a sword, no less! Right in the eye! It went splurt! Or was it splut?
The North might say that weakness is not tolerated, but I would rather be weak and warm and have all my toes than strong and cold and toeless. It would be so very-very awful if one were missing their toes, after all. Climbing with stubby little things would be terrible, forget digging them in the sand and tip-toeing to sneak out would be completely out of the question. Awful!
So a white bear headdress to match hers is off the table. But maybe a nice fawn-colored brown bear? Or a dark brown? Or a ... well. I'm sure there's a seamstress or a leatherworker out there that is able to come up with more shades of brown.
But oh! If Princess Deva will also kill a bear, we can be triplets! Wouldn't that be wonderful? I just need Luca to hold the bear off with his very fearsome self (with a bunch of other people) so I can shoot it without fear of it rampaging. Yay!
Inspiration truly can come from anywhere and Princess Freja is certainly inspiring.

The Princess-Scout. I admit I haven't spent a great deal of time getting to know her, but the instances I have crossed ways, she's been amicable. She's a fierce Princess, as most Northern women tend to be, and from what I hear, she handles whiskey well. It's something to admire, which I do. Much like her brother, she speaks her mind from what I've observed, says things quite plainly without sugaring them. Yet another quality that I respect about her. One of these days I should prod at her about the ways of the Shaman - I find it terribly fascinating.

It seems as though Princess Freja has certainly come into her own since her arrival so many weeks ago into the city. Not only is she a fine warrior, but she's taken steps to position herself as one of the more visible shamans for House Redrain at the time being. Hers is a refreshingly plain-spoken point of view, but one ought to be careful not to earn her ire.

Is adoration at first sight a thing? Respect at first sight? I'm not sure what just happened but I was in the Training Center practicing the day away when a tall Redrain Princess named Freja walked in. She is the me of the North, I am almost positive.

She loves her home, she is unafraid of speaking up or being bold, and she drinks whiskey. I intend to get to know the woman a little better before throwing around titles and connections, but I do hold a great deal of hope for a lasting friendship. Its good to make allies in new places.

The woman is a scout, I'm not fully sure what goes into scouting in the North. She did tell me of the beauty of the snows and I do believe that I like this woman. She will be coming to the fashion meeting that her cousin cannot. The woman is a delight and I have found that she's always striving to be better. It is something that I can relate to.

What can I say about my cousin Freja? Back in Farhaven, we'd tear up the occasional tavern in revelry. I assumed that'd be the way of things here in Arx - it's how things initially started, at least, with run-ins at the Spirits and not much else.
But all relationships evolve eventually, and mine with Freja is no exception to the rule. She's a good woman, and I'm proud to call her an actual friend now, and confidant as well.

Very interesting Redrain Princess. Prickly pride, fast to misconstrue and take offense. I have been sent to learn things from her and if possible, to better knit ties between House Grayson and Redrain. I never imagined myself an envoy but I must learn many new things.

The Princess was a pleasant companion the other evening. She answered several of my questions in an open manner, which I appreciate. I am thankful for having the chance to learn some more of the ways of the north. I can only hope to have further opportunities to speak with her on these matters.

Princess Freja has made a good impression for her people, and I am hopeful that we continue to show that the Faith and the North can work together. I will be assisting her over the next weeks in honing her ability to scout in a different way. She will learn to hunt knowledge, not just animals and shavs.

Fergus' sister, Darren's cousin, and a fine, fine woman. I rather like her, and her passion for her own misunderstood faith endears her to me. And she denied me, and that endears her to me even more. I think I need a friend like her, who has utterly zero inclination to intrigue and fancy words.

Relationship Note on Freja
I've managed to spend some more time with Princess Freja, and I have to say her company has been quite enjoyable. Her approach to things, her no nonsense attitude and her bluntness at times are really quite refreshing. We have more in common than some might think, and we enjoy many similar things. I keep trying to get her to spar, but she keeps saying she knows she'll lose. Perhaps we will go hunting then, even though I know that I will be the one behind in such a case. Friendships are a rare thing, but I can see the princess and I becoming such.
