I am still very pleased to have my father Prince Ahriman in town. Despite all that he has been through or maybe in part because of such, he is very intelligent and knows how things work. He survived many years of slavery and made it back to us after all this time. Him being back with us is a great blessing to the Graysons and will be to the Grayson military. I look forward to working closely with him to help defend Compact and the Crownlands,

I am pleased with how both the patrol of the Crownlands portion of the Great Road and the Recruiting for the Grayson Army went. I am thankful to the King and the voices of my house who entrusted me with such and allowed for such. I am also thankful to Dame Thena who gave me such a chance to help Solace and the Great Road.
I am very thankful to those who helped with recruiting - Princess Liara, Princess Roxana and Whisper Selene. They are very charming and intelligent woman and I was fortunate they agreed to help with such.
Then I am thankful to those who came on the patrol as well - Marquis Rymarr who was my second in command and who is a military minded man one wants on their side. Lady Rey and Lady Olivia who came to help heal. Duchess Lisebet who is so talented, she can use words like weapons. Lord Jyri who is a fine warrior and understands how many think and Lord Bedivere the White Hawk General.
I feel the Great Road in the Crownlands is much safer now for travelers.

My titles number 436 unique books. I am very honored and pleased to have such a library in my watchtower and I am also honored by all the recent visitors I have had to my library like, Archlector Avary, Lady Lailah, Baroness Ysabel, Prince Jasher, Lady Isabetta and Master Ajax.

Relationship Note on Ahriman
I am very very happy that our father, Prince Ahriman has returned to us. I haven't seen him since I was very very little and I think I remember him or maybe that is just dreams. Either way, I am so glad that he is back. He overcame much to return us and well a weaker man would have been broken by such and would make it.

I am excited to increase my collection of books and figures!. I just found how to get figurines of Whispers. Whisper Juniper makes them. That was good news. I also got three of Master Jyri's pantings. Some who shall not be named got me a blue gown. I might wear it one day, we will see.

Relationship Note on Harald
Duke Harald was a great man. He taught me how to sail and how fight at sea. He helped to prepare me to fight at Maelstrom and me to stand against the Gyre's forces at Setarco. He wasn't so sure about about a blonde Grayson Princess joining sea battles at first, but he gave me the lessons and with time came to be believe me in.
He was with me when Lord Killian died. We went against Dame Zhayla's killers. This battle was one of the most difficult of my life, maybe the most difficult. Duke Harald and his son were injured, but they survived.
Near Farhaven Duke Harald risked his life to give us all a chance to escape from the slaver. Without him many of us would have died.
I cannot say I am surprised he had a hero's death. He used to say that since he had a heir to his house, he would risk his life as needed for compact and the greater good and he did.
Compact lost a brave man, a great fighter and a great tactician.
My condolences go out to House Grimhall. I have complete faith that tDuke Valdemar and Duchess Vanora are more than up for the task of continuing Grimhall's greatness.
