I am so, so pleased to hear reports of your progress. You are an inspiration in so many ways. I will be 'round tomorrow and ready to paint. I always have to remember that I am actually fairly tall. I am just dwarfed by my husband and so many of the Lords of Arx.

I do not deserve the praise heaped on me by Juniper Whisper, when she is so often the source of inspiration. If I am to be given credit for the products of my creativity, scant as it may be, then let it be because she opened the door for me to daydream and sketch a quill across countless pieces of parchment. I feel satisfied by the outcome of that creation, though.

I am working with the talented and creative Whisper, Juniper, on a fundraising project for a future improvement to the Shrine of the Lost that I think will be very exciting for the Faith. She has created a truly delightful event plan, of the kind that requires a sense of fun that means you must be at least a little in touch with your inner child, and there will be fabulous prizes to be won.
I hope that anyone who is interested in the future of Aion's shrine -- or in winning prizes and having a good time in an enormous and officially sanctioned pillow fight -- will mark their calendars for Aion's Grand Melee. It's going to be a blast.

In something that is perhaps telling of that fact that I am not always as good of a person as I wish I was, I think if I am being very honest with myself my selfless and selfish wish would be the same. It would that the Tragedy of Sanctum never happened.
Selfless because my older siblings especially where beautiful people that this world was robbed of, and they and my Father would be more wise in leadership than I could ever be. I still often feel like I am just hoping and praying I am making choices that would make them proud.
But it is also a very selfish wish, because to carry on for my family and shoulder the mantle of high lord I had to give up the dreams I once had. Knowing that my desire to see them again, is tainted by a selfish wish is something I grapple with in my more private moments.

Everyone should call on Juniper Whisper for their 'let's stop fighting' needs. She and the Whisper House can help you keep things from escalating so you don't need to hire a Champion! She charges far less than I do for Champion fights. It would be a wise investment!

The actual part that rotates up and down to protect the face is called the visor, usually. The part it slams down onto is called the Bevor, or Beaver, at times and depending on the land. So your hand was bitten by a beaver, if it comes down to it.

Thank you for providing your much needed and skilled services to this delicate matter.
In a few fell strokes of your quill you accomplished something that I have struggled with for over a year to resolve. This is a personal lesson to me. Perhaps a sign that I should seek assistance in learning the finer points of diplomacy. Or at the very least be better about asking for help when it is needed.

Much credit to the Duke and Duchess for extending their hands, open-palmed, and to our Juniper Whisper for placing hers compassionately atop. Today, we trusted in this woman to lead by example -and to take the reins on a heartful matter with no easy resolution in sight. She did not buckle under the weight nor lash out, finger pointed. Though there's still plenty more to do, I think we can all breathe a great sigh of relief knowing that there is someone here to guide us.

It is so terribly fitting such a bright, warm young woman arrived with the spring. She suits the season well, and I think I will always attribute it to her now. I look forward to see her blossom in this city; no doubt she will bring her own colours to liven the world around her.
