I delight in the outpouring of creativity that occasionally wracks the city. Petal will announce some cunning design, then Pins and Needles or Thorn and Scale responds with a beautiful variety of their own. Small discoveries through open doors leave such an impression of delight! These little surprises are what make it worthwhile. A fresh perfume bottle from a favorite seller in my home ward, a fresh bracelet on the wrist from an aspiring jeweler, and of course admiring those million-silver pieces befitting royalty that only an Arcuri could devise.
We all speak a common tongue, and yet we all express the matters differently. I find it rewarding to admire the creative spark in others, and finding those hidden treasures.

Proclamations deliver us a great deal of precious information, from the stance of a great house on a matter to the delightful announcements of births and marriages, the sorrowful tribulations of a passing or a loss. They command no little importance in our society, and we are all given to take pause whenever the word spreads through Arx and gently ripples to its furthest outposts on such declarations openly made.
I then should wonder if certain residents of our fair capital might wish to seek the assistance of Whisper House in crafting their stories and messages. They might receive guidance not only on the underlying power and nature of those messages, but the ideal times to deploy them.
Time and place matter nearly as much as what is said. For it's inconceivable that someone would wish the overriding importance of securing the lineage of a duchy or resolving a longstanding tension to be diluted in the marketplace with few ears to hear. Likewise, how unfortunate that an inopportune response sullies a good name or forges notoriety in place of anonymity.
When in doubt, withhold your pen or the missive. Seek guidance. Or else the court of public opinion will no doubt prove itself breathlessly unkind and swift in its judgment.
