I must admit, with great distress, that my work of late has been... uninspired. My hands moved over the wood mindlessly and without passion. However, after seeking the guidance of Jayus I feel renewed!
The tools sing within my hands, the mind is at ease as the pieces take shape almost of their own accord. Now, if only I could find some new patrons...

Lately I've been considering making a 'stock' chest selection for the various houses. After doing the chest with the Kennex colors and sigil, I've been wondering if others for the various houses would sell as well. I've not yet decided... but I think it is something to consider closely.

My professional relationship with Princess Alarissa seems to have been a fortunate development. She is quite friendly, and she has enough coin to easily pay for her goods.

The shop has been going for a few weeks now and seems to be fairing pretty well. I can't keep up with a custom items because they seem to sell faster than I can make them.

I have bought a shop formally known as Harall Creations. It seems that it was once used as a tailor's shop, but I do not think that it will take long for me to set up as a proper location for my needs. It has a private residence included with it, so I can finally stop depending upon the charity of the Deepwood family, not that I think myself above such.

I have met a few people around the city that seem to be interested in getting work done. I hope that they are all legitimate in their interest, for if so then I will surely be a busy man once the shop gets open.

Today I met with Joscelin of the Crafter's Guild and took out a loan so that I can afford to set up my own shop. I hope that things go well, and it was very kind of the Guildmaster to allow me this kindness. I hope that I don't let her down.
