When I am old (if I am old), I would like to look back on my life and know I lived boldly and that I embraced the unknown. That's where the best treasure lies. After drinks at the Ambassador with Prince Tyrval this evening, I'm convinced of it. Trouble cannot be avoided, you either go looking for it or it will come looking for you.

Two new books have been added to the Cultural Stacks in the Gilded Page and I couldn't be more proud of the authors!
The first is "The Discerning Noble's Guide to Not Passing out at a Redrain Party: A Socialite's Tale" by the incomparable Princess Gwenna Redrain. I suspect this might be based on true events; it is sage advice.
The second is "Ten Principles of War - A pamphlet on armed warfare" and it is by none other than my handsome, talented, most wonderful husband, Lord Corban Telmar. I'm not at all biased when I say this is one of the great works of war strategy and I'm beyond proud to host it in the Gilded Page.

Greenmarch suffered many a loss, including Lady Eirlys Greenmarch. All will be honored for their sacrifice. Their families will be provided for. But we cannot undo their pain with praise and silver.
