Nope.

In a generous mood, I might assume Dominus Fawkuhl is a feeble man with skinny arms, withered in body and mind from his 'prolonged fast,' and confused about whom he has spoken to about what. But I am not in a generous mood; I have never received any pleas, spoken or written from the Dominus or his representatives, nor have any of the kind been communicated to me by my liege, who I think we can all agree, has evidenced no such cloudiness of reason. I have never even seen the Dominus, since coming to Arx, though those who know me know that I attend chapel and give confession regularly, though I have heard rumors. As a Voice for my people, that concerns me; when the only times our head of Faith is visible to his flock only when he would roll the Pantheon through the mud of politics, casting our stability into confusion, at a time when it serves the will of the infernal.

Let me be clear; I was in fact IN the Cathedral of the Pantheon while this farce of an excommunication was laid on me from outside of it. Limerance has His Laws, and the Dominus seems to have forgotten which is listed first of all of them: "The oaths between liege and vassal are sacred. This is the fidelity between Limerance and Gloria." My excommunication, and that of the other Voices of the Realm seems to run contrary to that tenet. The head of the Faith may not enforce one Law and ignore the others as is convenient to mortal whim; but even THAT aside, I have practiced no magic dealing with those beyond the mirror, or any other kind.

So I recommend that the Dominus go eat a potato, and not tax his clearly tenuous faculties marching about the streets, rapping on books, ringing bells, and wasting candles in a time of darkness. I call on the Faithful and the Legatine body to put the Dominus to the question of his motives in speaking words untrue and incompatible with the laws laid on him to guide us to. I have not abandoned my faith or my attention to the Gods' wills, and They would not, while I keep faith with Them, abandon me. I refuse the title of Anathema. Neither this Voice, nor the Isles themselves will be bullied with threats.
