To House Tremblay of the Oathlands

Ships bearing the flags of House Tremblay sailed into the small city of Serpent's Shoals under the guise of being traders. Once trading began, the carnage started as the true cargo of these ships became clear. Warriors of House Grimkin were delivered to this city and brought with it destruction and death to a civilian population.
As it seems that House Tremblay wishes to be conducting business in human cargo, and is complicit in the deaths of people who are under the protection of House Kennex, I am forced to ban House Tremblay from entering Kennex Waters until such time as they make sufficient reparations to House Kennex for the loss of life and the damage done to Serpent's Shoals, and to Gild for the offense of these actions being done under the auspices of conducting trade.

House Valardin hopes that House Tremblay has a good explanation for their actions, considering how dishonorable this sounds. Else, we fully support that they commit to reparation and repentance toward Gild, and Gloria, and Sentinel.
