It is my great pleasure to make known to those of the domains of Arvum that as of today I declare my brother, Lord Savio Proscipi, to be known as a Voice of Tremorus and to have the full responsibilities and duties that accompany such an appointment. I have every confidence that he will excel in this position and that his every action and decision will be for the betterment of the people of Tremorus as we rebuild following the siege we endured in the war with Skal'daja.
The people of Tremorus also thank Maharet Whisper for her faithful service on behalf of our people as she takes this time to step away and focus on other responsibilities.
