A Formal Announcement

With the shroud of mourning being lifted after the standard amount of time here in Braiga, I would like to formally announce that the Isle of Ischia's leadership has shifted, what with the untimely and abrupt death of my brother, Marquis Dio Seraceni.
While they have already been hard at work to help Ischia thrive and grow, it is with the duality of a heavy heart but a hopeful one that I officially congratulate the now titled Marquessa Avita Seraceni and her husband Marquis Ciaphas Seraceni.
I remain as Voice to make sure that Ischia's vision and prosperity continues under the Pravus fealty.
