Letter of Marque and Reprisal

To those who call themselves pirates, those who act against the laws of the Compact and feel as if they are above such, know that the Lyceum is not where you should feel safe. Know that beneath the flag of piracy you should not find comfort. Know deep within your soul that your time is short and your life forfeit. Should you call yourself pirate, the Lyceum will be your last resting place yet you shall never find rest.
With the disappearance of Lady Brigid Inverno, House Velenosa once more offers Letters of Marque and Reprisal to any Lyceum Houses who wish to hunt down any pirate who dare sails within Lyceum waters. We shall continue to make sure travel and trade are safe.

House Velenosa should be honored in the names of Gloria and the Sentinel for their good works in the name of justice upon their waters.
