Archlector of the Thirteenth

For some time, the post of Legate of the Lost has stood vacant following the return of Father Hamish to the Wheel. But the Wheel turns, and mourners live on. As all things end, so must they begin anew.
Archlector Vayne has served the Church for years as the Voice of the Thirteenth. On this day, I elevate him to the post of Legate of the Lost and Shepherd of the Faith. As it has been his task to see to it that we are vigilant in recognizing the weight and value of doubt, now he has a new role: to shepherd the Faithful, to protect the lost and wandering, and lead them back to the light.
I have full confidence in Father Vayne's service.
Archlector Giada shall succeed him as Voice of the Thirteenth.
