Valardin-Saik Betrothal

In the interest of forging bonds of blood and friendship between their two Houses, House Valardin and House Saik have agreed upon the betrothal of Prince Talwyn Valardin to Baroness-regent Lucita Saik. It is my privilege and great joy to announce that the Faith has approved the contract that has been negotiated. Prince Talwyn will join House Saik and become a Voice when they wed.
