To the Oathlands,
Under normal circumstances, the heir of Sanctum would be the first born child of the Highlord. However, given the departure of Prince Edain and his service to his family and the Compact, I hold that in this case the heir shall remain the first born child of Prince Edain Valardin and Princess Caelis Valardin as originally named at his birth:
Prince Samuel Valardin. Following him in the line of succession will be his sister Sugan IX Valardin.
Honor and tradition both require nothing less than this as their due.
