Supply Chains

In the past few days, the Crown has received an impressive number of proposals for alternate supply routes into Arx. I'm touched by the care shown for your fellow members of the Compact. Your ingenuity inspires me.
To best handle these proposals, the Crown asks any House or individual with a proposal for improving trade or supply chains into Arx speak to the leaders of their Great House. Those who are sworn to the Crown may reach out to the Crown ministries.
At the end of two weeks (OOC: 5/31), the Crown asks the Great Houses to provide a consolidated list of these proposals. The High Ladies and Lords and Ministers of the Crown will review these proposals for those needing their attention and provide funding as needed for any proposals.
It is important too to look to the prosperity and well-being of your own people. I whole-heartedly encourage those of you who have brought forward projects to develop your own lands and fealty not to hesitate or slow in your good work. While there may be some projects which have implications across the Compact and fealty lines, thus requiring the attention of Crown and its ministries, many projects do not require that oversight.
Do not fear to perform small works of generosity and support. Each small step taken by one of us can lead to great improvement of the whole.
