Juniper's Day

It is with great sadness that House Acheron marks the day of Sister Juniper's passing, a familiar face to many in Arx as well as my oldest friend.
Yet we know that she would not have us feel sadness, but rather the love and hope she herself always felt. As such, we declare that henceforth the anniversary of Sister Juniper's death shall be a holiday in Aviaron's Peak, dedicated to her memory and the example of compassion and optimism she set. Here in Arx, we shall cover the tab of anyone who drinks to her memory tonight.
Most will remember Juniper as she was, once a Whisper and then a Sister of the Faith. Her humble beginnings may fade from memory, but House Acheron will forever keep them in our thoughts and prayers. For the next thirteen months, anyone born within thirteen miles of the mining camp Juniper grew up in may apply to House Acheron for patronage in her name and the silver to study at a university or courtier school of their choice.
