I hereby proclaim and issue decree, as the sole and exclusive sovereign of the County of Bravura, the great Patchwork City as it is known, home to great inventors, and artists and Arvum's cultural melting pot, binding to its land and its citizens by virtue of my preeminent station, that the color known as 'drab dark brown with an extra dollop of pale green' shall be regarded as the ugliest color when standing alone, and it is therefore forbidden to be used when rendering the Amadeo sigil for public display.
