On today -- the 22nd day of the 4th month in our year 1011 AR --
I, Duke Malcolm Shepherd shall be making an quantifiable donation to any masonry guilds, builders, and to the Crown to support the poorly maintained buildings that seem to crumble in a sudden storm surge in order to prevent further accidents such as what happened at the Seawatch Gate.
In addition, a donation shall also be make to the House of Solace for the prompt medical care given to Duchess Delilah Shepherd.
