Crovane-Volkov Marriage

To The People of the Compact:
It is my great pleasure to announce that this date marks the official Courtship period between House Crovane and House Volkov. At the end of three months, as is tradition, Lady Fianna Crovane will join House Volkov as Marquis Ruslan Volkov's wife and with thenceforth be known as Marquessa-Consort Fianna Volkov.
The reception date will be announced in the coming weeks. May our bonds grow strong with this union in the coming years!
