Respect towards Staff

I don't expect anyone to always agree with staff decisions, and I don't blame people for getting mad or worked up about things they disagree with. I'm also always happy to hear people out. But I do need people to keep it civil and courteous when talking to staff, and if someone is too upset to do that, they should just wait until they can be- angry requests don't help anyone.
Secondly, please don't use harmfully negative statements about the neurodivergent or people with disabilities. That really does effect a lot of people personally, and even in a self-deprecating way it makes them think of someone attacking their loved ones. It's really unprofessional and very offensive.
Thanks,
Apos
