Crises up

So 6 crises have been opened that are visible with the +crisis command, with 4 public crises and 2 secret crises that are gated by clues. All of these have the same cut off, and the resolution of these will be the end of the current episode, and lead into the next one, which I'm aiming to be the start of the new year. Bastion will not be resolved as a +crisis with +actions, but entirely by live screen GM'd, and much of the results and other issues being foreshadowed will be potential crises in the new episode.

About how crises work mechanically- an org can respond to one, and only one crisis, per episode. Every crisis listed will likely 'progress', and if no org responds to it, potentially get worse. This does mean that large orgs that care deeply about multiple crises likely may need the help of smaller orgs to effectively respond, and that's intended, as I want to make small orgs feel like they have a more meaningful role in some of the major events happening. This does mean however, that I also will not be allowing the creation of any new orgs for the foreseeable future.

Actions, plot and crisis commands will be tweaked to be easier to use likely all throughout this current episode, but for now they should be workable in the old format.
