No Contact Requests

So not all players will get along, and that's okay and just part of big games. We've allowed people to ask for No Contact from other PCs, when we think that it would just lead to headaches and the players shouldn't interact, and that there's the danger of OOC harassment manifesting through IC interaction. But as we established this, I think we need to add some clarity, since I think it was creating some awkward situations and I want to make sure we avoid things that are too difficult to enforce or create too much ambiguity.
1. It's okay for PCs with no contact to be in the same room, such as for public events. This is a change, and restricting PCs from public scenes is more trouble than its worth. PCs with no contact should not RP with each other in the scene, or pose -about- one another, either.
2. No Contact people should never seek each other out. They should only ever be in the same room incidentally. If someone is following another person around by grid just to make them uncomfortable, that will be potentially bannable.
3. Someone with No Contact can't participate in PRPs run by the other person, but they -can- go to public events run by them, because there's just too many situations where imo it's hard to justify someone not being there.
Thanks for your understanding.
