Proclamations

A couple points about proclamations I wanted to address about proclamations. First, I want to really cut down on the number of joke orgstances. Some of these have been a lot of fun and I've enjoyed them, but when the tone of every proclamation is usually about snark or constant quips, I think it just doesn't work. So it's either edge away from that or I put in actual costs and social consequences for potentially doing it. Let's just dial that down so some things can have the gravity they deserve.
Secondly, I really need people to go easier on leaders about proclamations or leadership calls in general. It's very difficult in MUs to be in positions where people want to go to you, and I really want people to take a moment and think if their replies make things fun for the person they are talking to, or create RP they'd enjoy. I need everyone to take a moment and not reply off the cuff if it's going to bring someone down and create RP situations no one is going to enjoy playing out. We're almost through this awful year, so just everyone be more conscientious and thoughtful of other players in general, it really avoids a lot of problems.
