Alaric apps

So after two years of playing the character and doing a tremendous job of it, the player of Alaric is looking to move on by the middle of next month. The king of the Compact is a very challenging character to play, and I do want a player (not staff) to run it, but it does mean I'll handle apps for him differently. From now to july 16, we'll take apps by +request for review, and these apps should definitely reference everything someone has already done in game to facilitate RP and how they would drive story for other people on Alaric, pointing to the different stories they've developed on here, and the different examples of leadership that shows they can help foster RP for hundreds of people. If none really come up that are extremely compelling, then he'll be rostered as normal until one does, since I think it's one of the few characters where someone that doesn't have a very collaborative mindset can have a detrimental effect on the game.
