Goal and RFR review clarification

So I think some people are still a little confused on how you can use these. You can use these when you've done RP, completed actions, or finished anything that might otherwise pass the notice of staff that might have a reaction to it. For example, if a character had a goal to help reduce poverty in the Lower Boroughs, and he just donated 20,000,000 silver to the faith of the pantheon org to help that, that would definitely be a good goal review as we'd almost certainly GM the ramifications of that. Similarly, for an RFR, if there was a number of events and PRPs about fighting Abandoned in the crownlands, for example, that might result in staff showing regional changes as a result of what players have done. Think of these as tools to say, "Hey, we've been doing these things, and they should probably have an effect on the world". This can be small and personal, or big and flashy.
They don't have to be done this way, if someone had a small, private goal that they accomplished, they could submit it to staff for an xp reward as recognition of a personal accomplishment, even if it might not have any other outside effect, and an RFR can be used as a, "I'm not sure all this is thematic, can staff take a look and make sure this makes sense?" But I think for most people, it will be helpful to know that you can use goal reviews and RFRs to move your RP development along if you need staff input.
