Help with the Weather

So, I've created a weather system! Huzzah! However, we haven't turned it on yet, because we need to fill out a bunch of weather emits. We want to add a lot of them, to give some variety and spice to the weather that you see.
Where do you come in? Well, you can help us come up with some of the emits! If you hit up https://goo.gl/forms/iEAjuNdUXs1iz0Yw1 you'll see that I've made a form which will let you submit an emit for various types of weather (or even come up with weather that we might've forgotten).
Once we've collected enough to make the weather emits nicely varied, we'll be turning the system on. For those who don't want to see the weather emits, there is a @setting you can use to turn off weather emits (@settings/ignore_weather); once the system is turned on, the 'weather' command will show you the current weather state.

Since a couple of people have asked for examples, the weather emits should be things like:
"Rain falls in torrential sheets from the dark clouds overhead, as thunder rolls in the distance."
"The driving snow is so thick as to obscure the city; everything is a sheet of cold white."
...and so on.
