Work invest clarifications

Okay, so the @org modifiers or economic, military and social are representative of the influence an org wields throughout Arx and possibly Arvum in related fields, and currently add to character work rolls, but they will come up increasingly as players use orgs to interact with NPCs. The work/invest command is a way of slowly working towards permanently increasing an org's influence in that area and raising the bonuses permanently. The resources invested in doing so are used up and permanently gone (the org you are investing in does not get them), and in return the character and org gains prestige based on how many resources someone used, their roll (it uses the same roll as the work command in that category), and social clout. These are very very slow to gain, and are exponentially more expensive as an org's influence grows, but can be done as part of a team effort over a long period, most likely, while some characters (particularly non social ones) might find it an easier way to help their orgs and gain some prestige as they become known for their work.
I leave it up to org leaders discretion about whether they want to invest their stockpiles of resources into this, though some might decide to, particularly since higher mods mean more resources generated from work code runs.
