Oh yeah, I think that it definitely has its uses and it's not like I've never used it before to help a friend get that extra couple of AP that they needed because I definitely have. I'm certainly not an expert in RP systems by any stretch of the imagination. I just think there are situations where it /may/ be taking away from it.
But also the AP is there to help gate things. It's okay to have a gap where things aren't rapidly advancing.
