I've been getting a lot of questions concerning the NPC casting call, and that's on me for not being clear enough. The purpose of the NPC casting call is to give players a way to tie themselves or their Houses into the plot. It is not necessary to participate. I have also created an entire cast of characters that range from nobles to commoners, their backgrounds varied, so that players can (hopefully) see something that interests them and tie themselves into the plot that way. What I have tried to do is create several options for players to choose from. What I am -not- doing is asking anyone to supply an NPC and expecting them to act out said NPC.
