Sina Library

The Sina Library opens in the Lower Boroughs after much time and organizational effort by Raja Culler. The building is far nicer than many others in the lowers, which earns a few upraised eyebrows. And some of the denizens of the lowers are a tiny bit hesitant to go inside at first. But little by little, they start to filter in and enjoy all of the things on offer and words spreads about what a fine thing Raja has done here. Occasionally, some of the books and furnishings seem to go missing, likely due to theft, and need to be replaced. But in the end, the library honors the late Archscholar Sina Godsworn and encourages veneration of Vellichor, all of which the devout greatly appreciate.
