How to Get Around in Culler Town

A large and incredibly disparate group appears to have come together to help the efforts to actually distribute all of the donations pouring into the Lowers, and not only that, but they've brought a fair amount of their own. Raja Culler heads up the effort, with Ravna Culler providing what can best be described as 'painful distractions' to dissuade any attempts to interfere with it, but Marquis Dio Seraceni, Auda Florin, Perronne Amboise, Lady Ophira Seraceni, Prince Sebastian Pravus, Sister Dianna Godsworn, Cufre Harrow, Lord Aedric Blackshore, Gerald Wilkerson, and Jhond Langst are also involved, tying together members of the nobility, the Faith, the Commoners Council, residents of the Lowers, shopkeepers, and general business people.
Of note, Lady Ophira Seraceni's song, "Fortune's Wheel", has not only been successful in convincing yet more members of the nobility to chip in by speaking of people of all classes coming together in a common cause, it's catchy enough that several far less prominent bards have already picked it up, and the song is now being sung in a great many inns and taverns. One of them even managed to sing half a verse in the Queensrest before being tossed out on his ear.
