Description: Scrawny, pale-skinned and generally quite mousy-looking, this young woman isn't exactly the most imposing individual. Nicely put, she's built like a toothpick, her slightly slouchy posture not doing her any favours when it comes to her already unimpressive height. The most eye-catching feature of hers by far are her huge ears, sticking out through her messy black hair like a pair of pale, floppy head-sails, large enough to make one wonder how she keeps her balance on a windy day. Aside from these dishes, her oval, feminine face isn't too unusual looking, with prominent blue eyes with dark circles beneath them and a slightly upturned nose.

Personality: While Gertie is bursting with a surprising amount of confidence for one so puny-looking, her social skills are somewhat lacking from years of cramming her nose up in dusty books. She's quite hotheaded, easy to fluster, and can't stand not being taken seriously. It's very obvious she cares a lot about what people think about her, and that she's very passionate about one day becoming a respected figure through her work.

Background: Gertie was born into a common family. She was quite sickly and frail growing up, so she spent a lot of time at home, reading. All that time spent not feeling well seemingly sparked plenty of inspiration to become an Apothecary. Anyone meeting her for the first time probably won't hear her shut up about it, the girl clearly very passionate about her work, dreaming of one day making a big breakthrough.
