Action by Perrach

Perrach heard the call to arms and was more than eager to ditch the city to join in the fight. He awaits instruction on where which direction to swing his sword.
Sir Perrach was granted the opportunity to captain one of the ships headed for Bastion. He'll be leading a group of scouts and soldiers to try and capture a few shavs and hopefully acquire some knowledge by method of interrogation. He wants to find out where their camps are located and also to see if they know about anyone disappearing over the years. (pertaining to his secret) If he doesn't receive anything useful Perrach would waste no time in ending the life of the uncooperative. The dead are to be dragged towards the shores, mounted on spikes as a "Presentation to the Sea." Anything of value would be looted, weapons, jewlery and documents should their be any present.

Result

Sir Perrach is involved in slaughtering the foraging bands of shavs trying to supply the main body of the Bringers' forces, sailing up and down the Gray River and then moving inland to raid the small camps supporting the Bringers. Losses are minimal, as most of the lightly armed foragers were no match for superior numbers of disciplined Thrax reavers. Most of the information was fairly useless and disappointing. and the Gray River has no few members of shavs crucified along the banks (they are a good week's march inland from the actual sea, so it was the best compromise one could do).

There is one pale man that laughed when Perrach asked about his brother, and just said, 'Your brother was eaten by the Eater of Stories for being a fool. He's gone, and no one will ever believe otherwise.' He launched into a suicidal attack and literally tore three of Perrach's men apart before finally having his head hacked off by Perrach, and the salty knight could swear the body was still moving as it was hacked to pieces. They burned it to be on the side safe.
