Action by Orathy
Orathy is sort of the 'head buster' when people get out of line. He's the guy that rolls in and breaks up the fights, keeping the peace and being the 'scary guy you don't mess with' I need help building his rep, not sure how else to do this... His action in relation to Crime Wave Crisis would be to break up fights in the Lowers or (subtly) cause fights to break out in front of Iron Guard in the Upper compact areas to help spur the Crime wave thing on. I don't know if I can do this on my own or need a GM... I'm too new here to really know where the line is drawn in the sand and what details I"m supposed to put in these things.
Result
Post up on Vox Populi. Shadow Court and Cullers greatly approve, the Grayhopes and Ulbran are unhappy but their respect for Orathy increases, the Iron Guard pretty unhappy.
