Description: Tall, if not exceptionally so, Eira has a compactly powerful build, broad shouldered, a poise to her every motion. Striking more than conventionally pretty, a broad jaw conspiring to give her powerful rather than delicate features. She wears her brown hair short, cut untidily to neck length, her tanned skin a little weather beaten though she looks to be only in mid twenties.

Personality: Eira is profoundly cynical yet vehemently alive, her experience very much one of a world delimited by violence where nothing can be assumed, to be lived moment by moment. She tends toward the blunt, immediate and confident, acting without restraint and with limited patience, overbearing at times and often foul mouthed.

Background: Eira's father was the master at arms to a minor ducal house from the Thrax islands, at least before his wife died and he descended into drunken violence. As such Eira grew up in the Lower Boroughs, her father earning a good living training the children of rich nobles with the blade but spending virtually everything on drugs and alcohol between acting as the worst sort of parent. She ran with gangs, taking from him only a hatred of addiction and lethal skill with a blade.

He also, in the interests of 'protecting' his precious daughter, violently stabbed anyone she made romantic attachments with as she got older. Eventually she rebelled against this and ran away to join a Sellsword company, where her skills won her a fair degree of infamy as she spilled blood over half a continent. With her father dead and the start of her reputation made she now returns to Arx, her birthplace and the centre of everything, determined to make her fortune.
