I just think it's funny that these big bad boys with their -ten whole years- of experience of the -horrors of war- are so willing to spout off about it to people they've never met. He never even asked my name, just called me 'Dear' and patronized me. He never even asked my name. He just assumed. And you know what happens when you assume.

Acacia is a Culler, the sister to one of my mummers. That could be 'sister' in the lower boroughs sense of the word, but I think it's the more traditional sense. I keep meaning to catch up with her. She's always busy, making moves for her family - and rubbing elbows with the nobility, despite her protests that she's not fit for such lofty company.

A handsome and affable fellow that has recently returned to Arx from travels abroad - as a sellsword. Not the most upstanding of professions, but then, am I not an actress? We have begun a...social relationship, of sorts. We see each other, on occasion. It's not entirely unpleasant.
